 - Can I start using my whiteboard the moment I have purchased it?

Before using your whiteboard for the first time, it is best to clean it.

Spray Legamaster cleansing spray onto the surface and clean it gently using an eraser, soft sponge or tissue. Make sure that the surface is dry before you start writing.

Always use Legamaster markers with dry-wipe ink. The ink of these markers can easily be wiped off all whiteboard writing surfaces and is odourless too.

Whenever your whiteboard is in use, it is best to clean it thoroughly once a week with cleansing products. This will remove any marker residue and guarantees that ink traces can be properly removed. If you purchase an accessory kit with your whiteboard you will immediately have everything you need to use your board in the best possible way.

- What kind of guarantee does a whiteboard come with?

When used according to the instructions set out above using markers and cleaning products from Legamaster, we will give a 25-year warranty on the enamel-steel writing surface.

- What are the differences between melamine, lacquered steel and enamel steel whiteboards?

Enamel steel:

Quality of this surface:                      long-term intensive use

The highest quality whiteboard surface is enamel steel, which is guaranteed for 25 years. The enamel steel used by Legamaster for its whiteboards has a high-quality, hard baked enamel finish fired at 800ºC.

The surface is scratch resistant, so ink from markers used by mistake (e.g. permanent markers) can also be removed without damaging the surface. Ink wipes off easily, even after a prolonged period of time.

The surface is magnetic and is acid resistant and withstands cleaning even with the toughest detergents.

Lacquered steel:

Quality of this surface:       long-term regular use

The lacquered steel surface has a special coating, suitable for writing on with dry-wipe, alcohol-based board markers. The magnetic surface ensures that information and written notices can be attached with magnets

Melamine:

Quality of this surface:     regular use

The melamine resin surface is scratch and pressure-resistant (within reason). This non-magnetic surface is suitable for writing on with dry-wipe, alcohol-based board markers.

- What are the differences between the PROFESSIONAL rail system and the DYNAMIC rail system?

The DYNAMIC rail system has a very stylish look due to its unique design. This TUV-certified rail system has 9 different components, including interactive whiteboards. The components of this rail system are ergonomic and height-adjustable.

The PROFESSIONAL rail system is a highly versatile and functional rail system. There are 11 different practical components available, including double-sided whiteboards, pinboards and a roller projection screen.

- How can I choose my ideal planner?
